"That was such a great movie. You need to check that out."

"My daughter did the cutest thing yesterday."

"We had the best time at Disney World."

"My wife is so hot."

We can't help but talk about the things we are most moved by. When we enjoy something, we can't help but praise it to others.

So the reason we don't "talk gospel" more with others is . . .

This is directly connected to the concept of "Christian hedonism." We worship that which we enjoy.

I wish Christians would stop thinking that a particular systematic theology is the thing which makes them Christians. It's being captivated by Jesus that does that.
