I decided to compile a list of resources that would supplement and facilitate one's Bible reading toward daily dwelling in the gospel for inclusion in my next book. Then I asked for more suggestions on Twitter and learned of some new ones. Here's the expanded list. (Again, keep in mind that the aim of these works is not just devotional but gospel-rich.)

Thanks for the list!
Can you recommend any resources you've used with your children?
We already have the Jesus Storybook Bible and have just finished up the 10 Gospel Truths from Children Desiring God.
J. I. Packer's book "Knowing God" is very meaningful for me.
R. C. Sproul's daily radio program "Renewing Your Mind" (available as a free podcast) is also very helpful.
I know you're probably done with this list, but personally, I have found John Baillie's "A Diary of Private Prayer" very helpful. A classic.
"Complete in Him" by Dr. Michael Barrett. Truly a hidden gem. http://spedr.com/3upm

We've been using "Jesus and Me," which is, I think, from the Good News company for our children's ministry curriculum at church. Gospel-centered Bible story lessons, basically.
At home we are currently using "God and Me! Devotions for Girls Ages 6-9," but we have to lay a gospel context over it ourselves.
Thanks for sharing the list, and humble thanks for including TS. Peace.
I know this is an old post but your blog came up on my search for a gospel centered devotional for my 10 year old daughter. Have you found anything that speaks the gospel to kids that I would not have to add anything to? I'm coming up with nothing!
LwL, I really haven't. I know there are some good folks working on gospel-centered curriculum for kids, but I don't know when we'll start seeing it.
The JSBB people are doing a curriculum that's coming out in January, but I think it's more for kids' ministry use, not necessarily family/kid devotionals.
