LEAD10 Conference (in New England)

Since some may be filtering to this blog thru my Resurgence piece on mission in New England, let me take this opportunity to tell you about the LEAD10 Conference in beautiful New England this October 8-9.

The theme this year is Gospel Change. Keynote speakers are Bob Thune (pastor of Coram Deo in Omaha, Nebraska and author of The Gospel-Centered Life) and Bill Streger (pastor of Kaleo Church in Houston, Texas).

Breakouts from Josh Cousineau, Mark Gedicks, Brad Konemann, and myself. (I'll be leading sessions on "Gospel Wakefulness" and "Preaching for Gospel Wakefulness.")

Conference is for pastors, planters, elders, church staff, whoever. Details at link.

If you're passtionate about gospel-centrality or you just want to see the spectacular fall foliage of New England, register soon!

Hey Jared,

Just found your site from a facebook post by Jim Belcher. Always great to hear about someone who is serving God faithfully in New England. I'm starting churches in New England and currently live in Swampscott (north of Boston).

Thanks also for the link to this conference. I actually hadn't heard anything about it, but it sounds good.

I'd love to keep in touch. I read through the last 5 or 6 of your posts and it sounds like we have a lot of things in common. Keep writing and if you get a chance, check out my blog churchethos.com.

We are looking forward to having everybody at lead10 this fall! Pray for us as we make the case for Gospel centeredness and hence the importance of lead10 in Maine and hopefully NE!
