This Q&A with John Piper and Matt Chandler on church and pastoring (hosted by Mark Driscoll) from the 2008 Resurgence conference is excellent.
And hilarious. John Piper, who hasn't had a television since he was 18 years old, describing the televangelists on TV (he sees when on vacation) is just some funny stuff. It's funny in the sort of "look at grandpa being confused and amazed" kind of way, and Chandler and Driscoll's laughter is contagious.
And there's lots of wisdom in this exchange too. Stuff on dangers pastors face, watching out for false gospels, keeping a church focused on Jesus instead of the pastor, etc.
